PLEASE CANCEL AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS TIME TO AVOID LOSING YOUR CLASS CREDIT.

Full Body HIIT

This is our toughest class where you will be challenged with both strength and conditioning. Ropes, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, assault bikes (and more) to keep your heart rate high and maximize your output.

Kickboxing

This class is an intense, full body workout that helps develop & improve balance coordination and power.

Get a good cardio burn while building strength!
